Worked hard every day this week in the charity shop.
Got told off today for repeating something that I had no clue was in confidence.
I can take being reprimanded, but not the atmosphere that I had to endure for the rest of the shift.

OH just came in after his bike ride wheeling said bike through the kitchen towards the living room, whinging about farmers and the mess on the lanes while muck spreading "look at this, my wheels can hardly turn with all this cow sh!t on them" he says

15 minutes of we are very busy at the moment all our operatives are busy, you are a valued customer, did you know you can find the answer your self by visiting our web site, (if the interweb was working I would not be bleeding phoning now would I?) in a loop every minute.
For fug sake just tell me where I am in the Q and give me an estimate of when I will be dealt with.
Finally a human, but one who obviously has not got a bleeding clue what they are supporting on a telephone line to India which is crackling like a really old scratched record, who can just about speak English, who keeps putting me on hold because they are having to read a script of ask another more experienced support person what to say next...

Cats. Another two Arran Pilots smashed. No dog paw prints in evidence so probably the cats this time hunting in among the leaves. Wouldn't mind sooo much if it were mice, but lizards are on the menu of one of the cats. Not tasty at all, but he swallows them whole, tails wiggling on the way down.

Similar to Cadalot. But Scotland not India and I can understand them. To save you waiting in a queue input your number and we will call you back at our expense in 11 to 17 mins. I wait for ring back and am still in a queue for about 10 mins.
