Just heard about a meeting to allocate donations to the local community, which is good, but apparently the groups that are more involved with gardening got the lowest votes cast for them, they are getting the money they asked for, but its sad that no one considers groups like that a higher priority

Not a rant just a sadness - Otto Basset was put to sleep earlier as his kidneys had completely packed up.
Daft old bugger - I am going to miss him.
That's 3 oldies this year Messy in March - Archie in May and now Otto.
My fault for taking on the oldie end of life dogs......

Ever tried to report a landline fault with BT?!! Sign up here, give us all your information including your date of birth, oh and your account number which can be found on your bill. Don't have a bill, ok we can send you out a letter!! How long will that take! Then at the bottom of the page I finally notice a telephone number which you call, all automated...no problem. Well Harry dog just back from groomers looking as though he would pass the D@z doorstep challenge,let him out in the garden forgetting that the side of the house is like a bog...yes you've guessed straight to the muddiest part muck up to his armpits and to top it all as I went to get him he ran into the house...Dark wooden floors now have mucky paw prints all over it! When a married in member of the family is far to busy with her Dad, Step Mom, Mom and Sister blah blah blah to concider her son spending a few hours with his Great Grandfather who has just flown in from the U.S.A for a week.
