Your circuit's dead, there's something wrong...

So sad to hear this news. He meant so much to so many of us growing up, shaped us in ways not just to do with the music.

I'll just add this link - a very moving tribute to David Bowie, recorded by Commander Chris Hadfield on the International Space Station.

The last time I saw DB was in Sunderland on the Glass Spider Tour, with Peter Frampton on Lead Guitar. Thinking about it now brings back so many memories - I can remember the whole day, from driving up from Leeds and meeting up with my, then, girlfriend who was a go-go dancer on a Tyne Tees music show. Queueing up for three hours to get into Roker Park in the rain. By the time Bowie came on stage though, I'm sure the rain had stopped and although It maybe wasn't the best gig of his that I went to, it was the most memorable for many reasons.
Funny how memories can come flooding back. RIP David

As we are playing tribute tracks, I thought I'd post my fav:

His current/last song and video is much more poignant now.

Sad news. The most inspirational singer of his generation ...
