    ^^^ This isn't the time or place for a detailed assessment of relative contributions. But my personal view is that while both Paul and George M were hugely talented in their different ways, for me the Beatles' work peaked with the Rubber Soul and Revolver albums. Sgt Peppers was obviously a huge and influential gamechanger ... but it ain't rock and roll, as they say.
