Fantastic thread Lisa. Very interesting. I like big polytunnels/ greenhouses. I always want bigger than I have, but I think one of them would be a bit too big.
Your trip home photos, what's the big rings in the sea? Is it a fish farm?

TY for a lovely day So thick question coming - just how many of those greenhouses belong to the family? I never realised just how many there were until your video. I am very intrigued

Yup,i looked at the video, but one of lisa's pic post 32,it looks to be another fabric other than poly, much stronger stuff,or is it just the outside that lifts up for air flow,if so,poly is only on the roof and a bit at the top sides.

Maybe some kind of shading material?

I tell you it is very clear, they have thicker sheets, like a plastic that some are automatic or hand pulled up and down each day, several times a day depending on weather, i always wonder how they did it and wish i got more photos of the pully system. they close up at night but you need air flow in the day so they open up. The bug control is also amazing, they have bee hives (honey bees and bumble bees´s i didn't know there was a difference) and spider mites and all sorts that they put in there themselves, so confusing as so hard to put down on laptop!!

Yes that is a fish farm on the way back mainly sea bass i see it maybe a couple of times a month but have never got a photo before.
I grow 70% for us and 30% for the snails, then the neighbours eats them

                      Cheers Lisa!

                      I loved that!

I had a photo of me on the "Red Eye" to "Coppenhagan" a few years back, but can't find it!

Dunno what it is! But if not in charge! Find all "Fella's" fall asleep on a bus or train!
