Really!? Was he 'interesting' at school?
We had a geography teacher who had been in the forces, and was inclined to spend a whole lesson reminiscing, and telling stories from 'back in the day' which were great. He'd scoot his bum forward in his chair, and lean back, pushing his legs out in front of himself, under the desk, and either start on a tale, or drift off completely and start snoring! It also revealed that he often had his pyjama trousers on underneath his cords!!All the best - Glutton 4 Punishment

My maths and RE teacher did BB and cords and a hounds-tooth check jacket. He also administered punishment (though I hastily add not to me) with a plimsoll named "Stingray" (I imagine because it did) and a cane he called "Double Diamond" (because, he said, it "worked wonders")Granny on the Game in Sheffield
