    Well, so far:
    Black Russian
    Tigrella
    Cherrrola
    Black Cherry
    Oxheart

This is not the definitive list, there's still other packs of seed begging to be sown!

      15 varieties this year.
Still a pitiful amount compared to some growers.

        ONLY 15!!!
Just gotta ask - does everyone have masses of room in GH's/polytunnels and how many plants of each variety do you all grow..?
I've got a good sized greenhouse, but unsure if I could cram dozens of different varieties in there.
Have used the commercial long grow bag thingies in the past - perhaps I could try planting into large, deep pots, 1 plant to each - what do you think?????

That's what many people do Susie, 1 plant per flower bucket or 3 plants per growbag.

I have a 24ft polytunnle. Running down one side is a raised bed. My tomatoes (1 of each variety) go in there in 2 staggered rows. They only have 3/4 length of the bed because I still need space for my cucumber, aubergine & sweet peppers. Space is a little tight but it's doable if I'm carful. Any other tomatoes go in flower buckets.
I think 15 is my limit.

I have an 8x6 greenhouse and plant in the borders. I can get at least 14 tomato plants in there and usually have one each of different varieties, plus spares for chancing blight outside.

I don't have a greenhouse, just blow away grow tents, tomatoes are mostly planted in the ground or in pots outside. I've got about 30 varieties,I'll probably do 2 of each variety or 3 seeds of some varieties.

It is really difficult to limit the count when you want to grow outdoor and newly growing and know there are many types available. I feel have enough plants from few early sowings. but still to start all reliable out doors. getting tough.

Thanks all! Better pull my finger out and get crackin this weekend with the other tom seeds I have lurking around in various disorganised boxes ...
I'm going to limit how many I start of each variety now - don't know about you, but I hate turfing out the smaller/weaker plants ....
