These are of things in general, the fruit cage and beds that have been washed askew, even a 12/14 ft plank was floating, nothing to be done except wait,i expect in a few weeks time,it will be so dry, also, the composting loo,the contents were risen en mass, recone the flood water must have entered the out system, what a game eh,i don't need an excuse now for being behind.

I get behind most years, and never have an excuse!

But must admit! That is a sort for sore eye's!

All the very best it comes good! Early doors yet too! although an advantage, still wouldn't want that on my "To Do" list!

          Best of luck with it!

Gosh, LD, so sorry to see that mess, it'll take an age before it's dry enough to get on and get at the soil again.

My end of Leics had some floods too, but fortunately I live "up the hill" in my village so stayed dry. One road into the village was closed because the brook flooded across the road too deep to drive through, and the fields all around are under water.

We don't expect rain like that in Leics. before it reaches us it falls either on the Peak district (north), Wales (west) or the fens (east), and rain from the south just has too far to come and never gets here.

Oh well, LD, the sun's bound to shine sometime
