Let down again by T&M!

I took advantage of the seed offer over the weekend, 10 packs of seeds for £10. I got the order confirmation from them by return stating despatch within 1 Day. I thought just check to see if they have been dispatched.... Every packet says out of stock, delivery by the end of March!

So Thompson and Morgan, you have not even had the decency to let me know, are your customers not important?
Last time I order anything from you if that's your idea of customer service!

It was not from T&M but I ordered my raspberries (Dwarf Ruby Beauties) and the add said despatched within 3 working days.......................2 weeks later no sign so paid for the premium rate phone call to find out they were due for despatch at the end of March. They could have said that on the ad in Jan

My experience has been their customer "service" is non-existant.

That thought went through my head too Alison, sure I will get some lame excuse and the promise to do better, I dont want an excuss I want my seeds!

Perhaps they will pay me interest on my money in their bank account!

Looked back, seems like Alico did indeed never post again (or even log in) after joining to say how good T&M's customer service was. What a surprise!

They are very good at getting back to you on fb, usually within a hour. Its a shame that they have let you down like.

Just wanted to add that if you deal with a company that has a premium rate line, check SAYNOTO0870.COM - Non-Geographical Alternative Telephone Numbers to see if they have a normal number. Often works for me.

FB is a very public place. Complaints are seen by a lot more people.

Such a frustrating thing to purchase goods from a company when they knowingly do not have the goods in stock. First and last time I shall be ordering from Thompson & Morgan.

T&M were there as well also with £1 a pack seeds. I didn't buy anything from them because they have let me down in the past. ( I brought from almost EVERYBODY else )

Well I certainly will not use Thompson and Morgan again, as far as I am concerned it's wrong to take people's money when they knowingly don't have the stock. False representation in my book.
