Great news lottie...back home I bet he will recuperate much faster than in hospital. He will be a little scared at the start probably, I know my mum was, but with a little patience he will be fine. So pleased to hear your news!

Hello lottie dollie, I'm a newbie but I've read every page of this thread and want to add my own best wishes. All the people on here hold you dear and I was really moved to read their comments. I hope Mr LD continues to do well and you both enjoy lots of his jokes when he's back home.

                    • That's good news lottie, being able to come home is a great incentive for Mr LD to work hard at his physio, and as he improves, the easier it will become, small successes will grow into big ones and he'll be proud of what he can achieve.

                      Hugs to you both

                            • Wonderful news LD. The body is really amazing at recuperating. And the brain can make new pathways to do old jobs. All Mr LD's hard work will pay off and he'll be back to his old self soon.
