Have just had a read back, sorry to hear about his stroke but fantastic news of recovery, small steps but he will get there.

No date given for coming home yet,still waiting for the OT to visit,and results of the last scan,apparently they stay aprox 4 weeks where he is,time up on friday coming,they may keep him a bit longer,as he is responding brillianty excuse me shouting WAY HAY WHOOPEE,now thats off me chest,yesterday he got from the chair into wheelchair,and later onto the bed yesterday,with just me and the zimmer,today,he wanted to get into bed as he getting a numb rear from sitting,with encouragement,i got him to just stand and hold onto the zimmer,he did a bit off a wiggle and bent the knees slowly 1 at a time,and then fancied a walk on it ,i had to stop him,the nurse came across,i had done the correct thing,peeps that see him cannot believe how well he is doing,considering that 3 weeks last Friday AM,when he got transefered to there,he could not move,and had to be moved only with the body sling/crane and 2 nurses,SO carry on my love,were all proud off you.
all i can do is say a billion thanks to you all,our friends/neighbours/hospital staff and family for the care and kindness i am getting
