Good morning all. We have wall to wall sunshine here for the third day in a row.
Going to spend the whole day outdoors.
No bank holiday here until next week.
Have a good day all.
And when your back stops aching,
And your hands begin to harden.
You will find yourself a partner,
In the glory of the garden.
No sun here either. Hubby is still on the digging up the garden project. I do feel sorry for him, it's such hard work.
Me? Nothing gardening for me. I am chief tea maker, sympathy giver and lunch maker today.
In between I will be making some much needed birthday cards for the charity shop and household chores as well.
Also day dreaming about what to plant in this new bed .... Flowers or veg?
Have a lovely day all

What part of the west of ireland was the race. If you had thr weather we had in Dublin yesterday and today I would say you need plenty of " refreshments".
Hope you had a great weekend.
Started in Clifden, Bramble, and weather was glorious..really enjoyed the weekend
I dream of a better tomorrow, where chickens can cross the road and not be questioned about their motives....
Artnoon All from a very sunshiny South Wales. Thermometer says 23 in the shade and GH is 31 with all doors and windows open Starting to cloud over now which is actually a relief.
Just had a visit from a former Mod, Chris. I'm sure some of you remember Chris
He brought me 2 Avalon Pride peach trees which are now planted in the garden! They're about 5' tall and too big for the GH so they'll have to take their chances outdoors.
I lurve visits from friends bearing gifts
Orf to L1dl later to do some shopping for Mum and see if they have any Pepino plants on sale. They were due in today.
Hope the sun is smiling on you all, if not, just put your sunglasses on and pretend.
Have a great day
Its always nice to see Chris although his daughters were a bit overwhelmed by the "puppies". He's had to give up his allotment, as he's so busy in work - hence the unwanted peach trees.
I never look a gift peach tree in the mouth
Hello! Hope All are well and happy. I've been in the garden since Friday (well, apart from a bit of housework and meal breaks). I'm shattered, my back aches and my knees are killing me, but it's been fabulous. I've done such a lot and there's still a lot to do as there always is, but it's back to work tomorrow for a rest!
Cool, dull and windy here all day. Been report writing on and off all day. Ah the joys of may half term. Sowing some wallflower seeds was about the limit of gardening today. Tomorrow's forecast looks worse so more report writing I guess. Hopefully by the time the sun comes out again I'll be ready to play outside.
