Rary, that's Harry in the avatar, the dog that is not the son. Harry is a Bichon Frise and almost 15 years old. Looks good for,his age but like most older men he is a rather grumpy old Hector.
Yes I suppose that is something I have to look forward to, unlike a lot of women where it starts at an early age
Morning!!!!
It's dry (sssshhhhh!!!!) ........
Have a good day, all...!
Off over the field just now, tea to drink first though - kettle's just boiled .............

We were just listening to the 7.00 -( it was 5 minutes past)bells from both the local villages.
No idea why they both go off a few minutes after the hour though
This morning I shall mostly be helping with my friend's house removal...I'm on garden furniture etc removal.
I'm going to have a bash at taking a few rose cuttings from a couple of her climbing roses...and some Rosemary cuttings from her garden whilst I still can.
Now then....I'm not trying to get into the nutters' club or anything...but....yesterday I carefully pulled up a few weeds to put into my field!
We already have a very similar one with a yellow flower, but this has an orange one.
I must try and ID it!
( I'll come back to you and let you know- if anyone is actually interested...or to ask for help with the ID!)
The rest of the day for me will be clearing the spare room for visitors arriving tomorrow...panic...panic...( yup..it's still not ready- I've been busy with BBQs...oops!)
Morning all
Would of been in earlier but there were technical hitches I don't understand.
It's still raining, I woke up with the lurgy.
Hope to play in the tunnel today, a bit of taming of the triffids is needed.
Have a good day everyone
Got the watering done before the sun came screaming down. Definitely feels like a solar assault here this year. Only advantage is the thistles won't reach head high and above, as even they're struggling.
Anyway, have given up on lots of things that aren't coping, so that reduces the watering chore a bit. Now need to settle down to weeding at some point.
