I little chill in the air this morning but beautifully bright. Chores today as we go on hols Saturday for 3 weeks. Hopefully I will be able to get over the plots later today, if allowed that is

Morning all, lovely start to the day here too.
Another work morning as well.
Lovely tea last night with all veg from our garden - priceless. This is the best time of year isn't it?
Have a great day you lot
Sorry I missed you're homecoming Sp, welcome back . Time to relax and look after you and yours now.
Good luck with MOT daisy.
It's a lovely morning here, dog walk shortly, OH shifting some scrap/Rubbish then back to mums decorating. Have to solve a corner where dads put silicone which won't paint over but it's been there yrs and won't remove grrrrr.
Finish woodwork painting tomo I think.
Mum or both of us will go back to hosp, they are still looking at meds, occu health said happy to keep him there for now giving mum respite. There's a postcode lottery as usual of care , she pays rates to one council but uses another for everything else including where dad is now (main town) ..the main town say she is out of their area (by 20ft)for care if he goes home from hospital (up to 6weeks re-ablement care of carers) and council she pays to has no help available . So zilch unless hires her own and pays herself). Social worker hasn't come across this before so is hopeless help
Morning all
Just had a look at garden, polytunnels, animals and house....... Holly cr@p ! Have I got a lot of catching up to do! Going to go and stand and stare for a bit longer while I decide where to start.
Have a good day everyone

BM...we have today and tomorrow apparently, then rain arrives for several days.
Gosh it'll be nice not to have to use the watering can.
OH uses an old sump we have which was used when the place was a farm....but that's nearly empty.
A nice bit of topping up will do us a treat!

Good morning Folks, a nice start to the day sun shining and all the Watering done so will just enjoy the day, Nicos when you say "we have today and tomorrow" does that include us on the west coast? and I would be quite happy to use the Watering can for a week or three
it may be a struggle to reach the top, but once your over the hill your problems start.

Morning, another sunny morning, going to enjoy it while it lasts! Reading about everyone enjoying the fruits of their labours leads me to think maybe I should give up on this veg growing lark! Loads of raspberries and strawberries, plenty apples on their way but virtually nothing else. Really need a greenhouse I think...have I mentioned that before?
Lovely morning. Sunny but not too hot - just how I like it Watered, picked a mass of tomatoes and been for a stroll down town. Now relaxing with a cuppa.
Hope everyone has a good day. Welcome back SP
LOVE growing food to eat in my little town back garden. Winter update: currently growing overwintering onions, carrots, lettuce, chard, salad leaves, kale, cabbage, radish, beetroot, garlic, broccoli raab, some herbs.
Keep dropping in to say hello and then I get sidetracked, so here goes at long last: hello and good afternoon.
Cloudy but warm and windy here today. Three drops of rain last night during a spectacular thunderstorm. Firemen must hate this weather: one lightning strike and half the country could go up.
Anyway, back to work now for me. Hope you're all doing well.
