No frost here, sunny. Havnt checked greenhouse but it wasn't as cold as night before so am not worried.
Hope yours are ok scarlet.

Working today , dog walk first, tend to mil who had too much wine tbh so will no doubt feel rough, hope to get at least something done garden related..we shall see.

Have to make the most of today, think the good weather is going to break tomorrow. So yet again the house gets neglected and I'm off to play in the garden.

Yes SP, household neglect here too, but hey-ho I'm not going to worry about that!
Here's how far we got yesterday when the delivery of scaffolding boards arrived (2.40pm). :-

Plenty more to do to get them ready for planting into, but I'm a very happy girl!

Good morning Folks...It was gorgeous here first thing but its turned dull and cloudy now ..Its a lot cooler today too...Time to cook sunday breakfast for the family..Enjoy your day ahead folks.

Didn't get as much done yesterday as I hoped, but I've still woken up with backache. I blame it on the awful deck chair I was sitting on all afternoon.

Anyway, a grey day here, but at least the plants I'm putting in won't be stressed by too much sun, though it is a bit breezy. Today's jobs, melons, tomatoes, aubergines and peppers. That'll be more than plenty, I think. Might even save the melons for tomorrow, in fact.

Good Morning All

The overnight temp hovered around 3.5 and at first glance in the greenhouses everything looks fine

Off over the plot soon to start feeding a few beds in readyness for their new inhabitants. First job will be to sharpen the hoe!

Morning nice and sunny here but my overnight GH temp was down to 4c so I'm glad those toms still live in the kitchen overnight. they're getting a bit heavy so I hope to get them planted in the border soon.

Good morning all and the sun is shining on us again today.
Today is my hubbys 74th birthday. He got up at 7 o!clock this morning and went off out on his bike and cycled all down the coast road and through the park and home and I didnt even know he was gone.
We are having a family garden party this afternoon so it should be good fun.

evening all... WE GOT THE HOUSE!!! feeling very happy - although a few stressful months to get through now. I'll relax once the keys are in my hand. As soon as things are a bit more definitive I'll share some garden pics - I can't wait to get started and already have lots of questions ready to ask!!

I have been asleep all afternoon, this jet lag takes ages to sort itself out.
I can't find my seeds, how bad is that? Obviously somewhere safe, will keep looking.
Hubby painted the shed whilst I was sleeping. He really has got our garden looking nice.

Good evening all,a dry sunny but chillier day,happy birthday MR bramble,well done Scarlet to the rescue,and hope your house move goes well vixi,have had the mother off clear outs in the back porch,and a clean of the white plastic,looks so much better,now room to put the wheel chair and high seat,son started a nice wide path so i can get the wheel chair over the gravel to the foot path,THEN we can try walkies,still improving i still have to nag about do not do it on your own,plus i am eating and feeling a bit stronger,yep,on the way up,have a good evening all.
