Evening all
Well, my spin on the bike turned into a 105km cycle and a very nice day it was for it too...

Did some remedial work on the greenhouse that was battered earlier inter year too
Out for some well deserved creamy pints of Guinness now

Morning its dry but not sunny here some more potting on to do but thats about it for gardening today, unless i put my potatoes in.

Bright and starting to warm up a bit. But it was very cold this morning. Even took the peppers back indoors for a lie-in till the temperatures improve. That's a lie-in for the peppers, by the way, not me. Busy work day ahead but with any luck I'll find some time to weed a carrot bed or two, maybe even thin them out.

One of the slaves has also volunteered to cook supper tonight. If he's started volunteering, maybe I should stop calling him a slave. Questions, questions. One thing's for sure, he deserves a medal for double digging amid the thistle patch that he is turning into another bed.

Really hoping this week will be a lot better than last, fingers crossed.
Kitchen mains water pipe has broke so spending the day being a plumber, wish me luck. wheres my dad when i need him???

Morning all. Big lie in this morning. Did not even wake until 8.15! Seems so much more enjoyable on a Monday somehow. So, it's rained here and the sky looks full of it. Still .... bathrooms to clean, plants to pot on, ironing to do, garage to tidy out. It's just one long round of pleasure and delight Well the potting on is enjoyable.

Aerobics tonight and I haven't even got Uni Challenge to look forward to.

Morning all, a bit of a dull start but its still dry. No gardening today as I am off for a day out with my sisters before she has to return home. Have a good day all.

Well it was lovely this morning , nice walk and now it's hailstones .
Awaiting a call from OH as to whether I need to go collect him after dropping his van off for some work, if I do I will come back here, potter and then dentist this afty , then visit my parents as dad hasn't been well and may or may not have gone to his day club . If not collecting OH I will go see parents via a garden centre or two.
Runner beans are starting to poke through..have I said still no cuc or courgettes .

Morning all, well stood up this morning and had an intense pain in my lower back and down the front of my leg, absolute agony so now hobbling around the house. No idea what I've done!

It looks like a day of sunshine and showers. Had a washing ready to go out earlier this morning as it was lovely and sunny, went to step out the door and down it came! Could be worse, could be stuck in the blizzards up north.,
