Evening all or should that be good night?
Son's tooth fell out anyway so it is now nestled under his pillow and he is super excited at his first visit from the Tooth Fairy
6 year old daughter had a loose tooth also and of course, that has also fallen out...Poor Tooth Fairy will be broke
Tomorrow is kind of Friday for me as I am not going into work on Friday...Heading off mid day to the beautiful west of Ireland for the cycle on Saturday..

Morning all, just me up?
Been waking up every hour so gave up and came on here to scrounge a cup of tea.
No one here, so I made my own. Kettle is still hot though
Off to Lids this morning to get a few bits. They have some 'talking' weighing scales, which are needed cause no one can read the flippin numbers now
They also have bedding plants/ hanging baskets that I MAY need .......
Then off to the charity shop for a few hours.
Later on we are going to our daughters for a BBQ

Misty start here...going to be a good morning in the garden I hope.
Would like to get on with the strawberry bed if poss.

Feels like Friday....darn!

Didn't manage to get swimming in the end yesterday-
...funny how you have a quick list of about 5 things to do before you do something...and that list ends up taking a few hours do complete .
Well, the brill part is that I now have a car full of petrol ( petrol strike still on here)
and from L!dl I got 12 ripe mangoes, 1/2lb black cherries,500g bag shallots,1 slightly bruised avacado,8 peppers and some mixed salad leaves ( OK for the chooks)... All for 2€ !
Took a bit of sorting through, but 2 huge trays of discarded stuff for 1€ each.

Decisions, decisions.....mango chutney maybe?

Wow, Nicos! I'm jealous. I just love mangoes sliced in a lime syrup. Yum.

Anyway, boring day ahead for me. Work, then watering, then work and more work. Will try and sow some seeds this evening. Starting to get a bit late for some... Never mind, a small crop is better than no crop...

Morning, and it's gorgeous and sunny, woke at 5.00, birds were SO noisy, almost got up,but it was a tad early. Charlie dog hasn't even even opened an eye yet, lazy thing.

Right time to plant out some dwarf beans today, plus loads of other necessary arks on plot.

Not a good night's sleep but worth getting up to enjoy the sunshine, garden temp was 2.7 this morning.....and it's June next week!

Still having to win my way into the OH good books after taking on another plot! Might have to take her for some retail therapy

Good morning all.

Up at 6.30 as new oven being delivered and fitted sometime between 7am and 7pm. Just had a text to say it will be here before 11.25am, so not too bad.

Weather still cloudy and damp, just hope it brightens up at some point! Lots to do outside.

Lime syrup sounds relish, will go well with mangoes.
