Fencing delivered fairly early, first fence up rapidly - post still there from previous fence
Fence no. 2 going nowhere due to new fence post not sitting right and hubby has got Tourette's and there's no footy in sight lol

Can I complain about the sun? It's too hot for me to stay in the GH...I'll need to do some other jobs instead!

Fencing update
All put up now, being painted as I speak
Casualties - 3 bin boxes of spuds were battered by a fence panel falling on them
2 fence panels were put in back to front, one is the right way round
One fence panel fell over on to something and broke a few bits in the middle
Overall, a good day, not
I wasn't here to listen to the Tourettes, so not a bad result
Had a nice time at work though

A beautiful day here - perfect bbq conditions! And my 'baby' brother didn't burn (much!) - a couple of pieces of chicken wound up on the floor - = 2 happy doggies!

Nothing done in the garden, apart from slug patrol and watering babies in GH - I have plans for tomorrow - hope weather stays favourable ...

@ StrawberryP, I did think you were a bit quiet again lately, I hope things get better for you soon.

Happy to report it's sunny here again. Shame I need to go into town with daughter to get shoes/skirts etc for school. I did try to palm her off with the offer of just giving her the money and she could go with a pal instead but nope, she wants a day in town with her Mum. Don't get me wrong, I do appreciate our close relationship, I would just appreciate it more if it was raining today. I have plants that need me too. I know, I'm awful, lol.

Anyway I wish you all a fandabbydozy day!

GG - no contest between shopping or gardening. I am a rare breed of female (in our family and circle of friends anyway) that loathes shopping and finds it incredibly boring. Both my sisters are into expensive clothes, shoes and fancy hair styles and I am quite the opposite. Unless it is shopping for plants ha ha.

I don't think I posted here yesterday. We finally had a day of sunshine and I enjoyed a whole day of gardening and sitting in the sun. It was great. More days like that please. Finally got squash and courgettes out of PT. I can see my very first pea growing on my tom thumb peas which is exciting - my big peas are way behind some still to germinate. Finally getting flowers appear on toms and some little cucumbers growing.

Fog is burning off and then I shall be outside. Have a good day all

Evening all. Not done much today as it was a but warm. Did manage to get Wills hair cut after my mom had 'cut' it. OH said the barbers face was a picture when Will took his cap off. Took him 30 mins to sort it out. Then on the way home Will fell over Grazed his knees, both his elbows, his chest and his wrists. Typical he is back at school tomorrow.
Going to do some watering in a few minutes so have a good evening everyone
