It's still raining here so no gardening for me, I'm a fair weather gardener So I guess that means that it's housework instead, ah well it's gotta be done at some point!

Bon dia tothom. Cloudy this morning. Sometimes my eyes could do with a bit of a rest, so I'm actually quite glad today.

Watering rounds this morning. To be followed by a great load of work. Yes, I know it's Saturday, but when you're self-employed and your local economy is still up the creek, whenever anyone offers you work, you say yes.

The weekend is here, need to pick up no.1 daughter from a guides sleep over..
The sort the fishing equipment, and head off on a smallroad trip for a very overdue fishing trip!

Dark, dull, miserable and wet here.

I was supposed to be up early to go to the local(ish) farm shop for fresh meat but I'm still sat here in my jammies with no motivation to get going. Another cup of tea needed methinks.

I suspect this may be one of the least productive days I will have this week.

I hope someone somewhere has some some sun. Have a good weekend whatever you're up to.

Grey and cooler here, just 13 so that's half yesterday's also some rain in the air.
Dog walk will be one of those ..need a coat but too warm for one..

Have slug patrolled and all seems ok after rain overnight. I fear the blighters may have just moved into position. I will be checking under pots today !

Whether I go for compost this morning or do much needed housework

Holiday's over - I go to the airport in a bit to pick up Mrs H. Just got time to check the forum and the greenhouse and do a bit of desultory clearing up in the kitchen first.

Morning all - cloudy but dry (so far) here. That bodes well. I hope to get to the plot later to weed. After the rain (she said crossing every available appendage that it has actually rained there) all the weeds will be preparing to be rampant; it is my mission to pre-empt their rampancy. I will mostly be weeding today, maybe plant some more beetroot, maybe strim the grass again. I have given up on keeping paths etc weedfree, just cutting it down now so it is like a rough lawn (theoretically). Have a good one, however you spend it.

Morning all. Well my day has been a bit of a bust so far. The milk I bought yesterday was off so I opened another one and that was off as well. So no cuppa first thing and kids had no milk for their cereal. So took OH to work and went and got some fresh.
Was going to take kids to mom and dads so I could go to the allotment and do some building work. But no, it is now raining. So kids are my mom and dads while I sort their bedroom out, yet again.
So going to swap washing over then get started on my list of jobs. Oh and my mom has now decided to come shopping with me on Monday. I need a new interview top so instead of the one shop I am going to be dragged all around town. Lucky me.

Morning all, overcast but warm here.
Hubby has had to tie the potatoes up as the Roosters were drooping in a big way.
Apart from that, all crops looking good, just a waiting game now
Rein is forecast later today, but I am working later on anyway.

Much needed "Lie In" had!

Grey, Damp & Dank here at the minute, but plot bound shortly.

Firstly a trip to "Morribogs" to get some MFB's, in my haste last year to set up the permanent tomato frames in the polytunnel I must have had a "Brain Burp" & set the canes inside the buckets, & still didn't realise till clearing the plants back end of last season!!! "Daft Begger"

Oh well, at 99p for a small stack, may push the boat out & buy 2!!!!!!!!! Last of the big spenders me!

I WILL get these tomato's in thier final positions today!

Good morning,

I wernt feeling well last night and ended up falling a sleep about 9ish last night. But only got up about a hour ago. I must of needed it. Feeling a lot better today, but going to give the allotment a miss. Looks like it's going to pour it down out there.
I am going to be spending the day doing some knitting and maybe catch up on some housework.

Morning all. Got up early went out in pjs to feed plants. Been super busy all day sorting out party bags and bits for daughters party and her bday on Tuesday. Just sat down and realised not had anything yet to eat. Obviously coming on vine makes me hungry lol. Have good weekend all.

Afternoon.
First time on here today. Feeling well ropey...
Had excellent meal out last night. ~ spent most of early hours trotting back and for to the lavvy. ~ don't think it was the dining that did it - it was the wining, or rather the amount consumed ....
