Good evening Folks, its been a right dreigh day here today, rain started about 1230. and the temperature dropped a bit and it has turned quite cool, decided to do some domestics today, a wee bit of painting and tack down a carpet, (well was told get that done or else, some day I am going to find out what this or else is) so now have sore legs, have not done much garden wise today, watered the greenhouse and made up a basket and that's it, tomorrow need to go with granddaughter to pay rest of the car, it took me years to get a new car, so she has been told to look after it well, will also have the youngest grandson with us and at times its quite humerous listening to the two of them, I hope the weather picks up again and that we don't have the usual wet summer here, and the schools stop for summer holidays on Wednesday, I really need to find a job, so that I can have a break. Well I wish you all a good night, and have a good week, its funny how a woman's mind works, they can forget to tape a program on TV for me, but can remember a carpet need tacked down, which I had forgot about (and hoped/wished she had too) I will need to look and see if there is anything else I have forgot. VC... I got 9 free flower buckets in morribogs today! Still jealous of you though - I need to start loitering around home base!
Today has gone better than yesterday, although still not to plan - managed to get 3 hours in before the rain got the better of me. Still soooo much to do. This time last year I was flying to Mexico and I'd got everything done!Comment

Free flower buckets is a good start, Vix! I wasn't actually loitering - I went to buy pipe lagging and was tangentised by the plants

Done very little most of the day. I've just packed a bag in case I have to go to Rhyl tomorrow
Grandad's not well , the home has phoned me several times keeping me up dated. But they don't really know what's wrong.

Maybe I was loitering, just a little bit, when I saw the Man about to mark down some reject plants. In fact I loitered long enough to ask him if he had any more plants to mark down. It was at that point he told me he was writing them off and did I want them
Silly question. Three trolley loads later and the car was packed with plants.
He said he was going to hide next time I went to the store
