Chooks done, domestics done, grocery shopping done, after this cuppa it's a short ride on the scooter to local indipendant GC to pin a notice on the board about Wem sweet pea show, then to the 'leccy wholesaler to look at wall lights for the hallway.

Afternoon, I have not been in the garden to but will be there all day tomorrow. It has been over cast all day with wind.
I have been doing spring cleaning in our bedroom. I know it is not spring but I am late this year, probably that is why my plants are behind!
Going out tonight with OH for a meal and then seeing the new Star Trek, cannot wait as I am a Trekkie and it is in 3D so hope it is good. There are a few good films out there at the moment so told OH that we are going to the cinema a few times this month.

It is very hot and windy outside. Been cloudy most of the day. Still no rain and its desperately needed.

Had a trip to garden center and picked up a water butt stand for 60p and lots of half price seeds. I just about got all the varieties I wanted although all the carrots were gone so ordered those online. Got all my seeds for next year unless I see any ridiculous bargains that I simply can't resist.

What a bargain on your water butt stand and seeds. I have sooooo many seeds left over so want to use them up. Therefore no going to garden centres!!!

Evening all. What a day. Went on a school trip with Will today to Dudley Zoo. Think all the kids had a great day and it stopped dry for them. My legs are killing me now.
Plus I have given a start day for my job, start Monday
Plus, yep three in a row, I haven't busted the George Foreman it was a problem with a fuse. Bought some new ones and it works just fine now.
So a pretty good Friday. Just hope the kids go to bed and stop in bed.

I'm a Trekker Cilla! I thought the movie wasn't out until 22 July! Need to go check. Looking forward to this movie so much.

Anyhoo, how is everyone. Decided to try for another long lie this morning. Woke at 9.30am and thought I'll have another half hour...1½ hours later I woke up. Well done Harry dog, he also enjoyed a long lie. Had a terrible time at the vet. H boy decided he wasn't playing ball so ended up getting a muzzle on and himself in a state...first time that's ever happened! Oh dear!!

Well hope you all had a lovely day and the weather was kind to you, it was lovely here this afternoon. Pegged down some strawberry runners in small pots so if they take I'll pass them onto my mum!

Evening everyone. No gardening this weekend - having a couple of pamper days away with OH at Bosworth Hall Hotel & Spa.
Greeted with a bottle of Champers n choccies, which we had while watching the tennis and had an utterly fantastic dinner.

Tomorrow is filled with steam rooms, various massages and facials, followed by a champagne afternoon tea.
Can't help wishing I'd set up a Wi-Fi webcam at the lotty tho.
