Well, none of us get any younger.

I suspect I put this up recently, but it's full of fun, nonetheless. I'm hoping that Salt 'n' Pepa continue to make toes tap, despite this being *twenty years* and more down the line.

Well, none of us gets any younger - except Madonna - who manages to fit into all of my nostalgia categories tonight - but is still current. If a bit odd.

Can't argue with this knockout number, though.

it's change over day. It comes round so fast. I'm in charge today work buddy is off doing stuff with horses. So I've got a friend helping me out. Hope to have some energy left when I get home to do something useful.

Washings on, garden looking great
My radish leaves are being eaten by caterpillars I think. I have seen butterflies lurking around them, and didn't give it a thought

Picked some Spring onions yesterday, very nice flavour, but short stems
Sungold tomatoes were lovely with tea last night

Awoke to the sound of the farmer grass cutting at a random hour
Washers on, the sun is shining, some washing already out and il be heading out to mum n dads today , need to get her some food shopping then to try and give mum a hand in garden while supervising dad, he just won't sit still and watch , he insists on 'helping' but is so unstable and goes to fast he just falls, he hasn't hurt himself yet but it's a big garden and physio wouldn't provide a frame as house wasn't suitable , well.. He needs something before mum has to tie him to a chair
Mil arriving probably too early so will end up sitting about as OH is working all weekend.

Just one change over today for me SP....I'm absolutely hating ironing in this weather!

Cleaning, weeding and ironing today...then sewing later....but....yep! ...
OH has agreed to a trip to the coast tomorrow where there is a lovely fish market where the fishermen sell their fish direct to the clients...there's also a general street market on at the same time so we can buy fresh and have a picnic before we come home.
And guess what I discovered...purely by coincidence?.... They have a vide grenier ( car boot) all day tomorrow too!
Yippeeee...looks like a full day of fun tomorrow!
Best work hard today then!

Morning all. Had a bit of sun early on but it seems to be disappearing with every passing hour.

Have to go shopping today and just can't be faffed. I may try to sell fasting to the kids as a viable health option they really should consider.

Morning all from sunny Yorkshire! Staying in cottage near Scarborough for the week, expecting grandson later, he will be with us for the week, ( exhausting us!)

Beautiful views all around us, very quiet an peaceful ( until grandson arrives)

Hoping allotment will be ok, it's very dry at the moment!

Dotty - One of my favourite places - spent many holidays there in the late 70s early 80s staying with a lovely couple called Grayson - the more we came the cheaper it got. Mr Grayson gave me a giant Dahlia from his allotment last time we were there - flowers were size of dinner plates. Daughter was very young when she discovered she had to buy her round at a night out in the pub. Have been back a few times over the years staying at the Grand and it is still a great place for a holiday. Have a great time :-)
