Working again today and mil goes home .

Hoping that you are OK SP and that your mum continues to make progress MH.

Bright but cooler today which is a welcome relief, first decent nights sleep for a week.

Not much really planned for today but will probably pop over to water the plots later. Much needed rain promised for Wednesday, so fingers crossed.

Well after nearly a day of 'persistent sea-mist' yesterday...... turning nice and sunny late afternoon, it has started out better this morning........ So drinking cuppa, trainers on and off out to see the sea!!

Morning all,hopefully plots in a bit,must do some watering and grass cutting,why is it that WEEDS grow without water and anywhere,usually we get lots of fat hen and thistles,this year it seems the grasses,bind weed and the one with the pink flowers on plus over run with horsetail,that has me thinking,can we tell the weather forecast by what weeds come up have a good day peeps,hugs and thoughts to those in need

Morning. On a bit of a go slow this morning, getting concerned about how often I feel old these days. Maybe I should get myself a toyboy, that might help, lol. (Who am I kidding, I just couldn't be bothered. )

Thoughts for all of you who are not having the best time at the moment, I hope today is a better day for all.

Btw, we have sun. Weakish sun but it's trying ever so hard.

Morning all, much cooler overnight, so slept well without the fan on
Daughters Birthday today, so will be going over after work to see her and give her gifts. Then out for a meal and meeting the newish boyfriend. I still like the other one, never mind
Got to go in to town shortly as said daughters car insurance runs out in two days time and money needs to be transferred. It's her money I'm transferring, just ago doing it. There's poundland and Wilkos in town, money will be spent .....

Good morning,

Off to the garden center later and then to the allotment. Not been on there for a few days with working. Was meant to be in work today but my shift has disappeared of my roster(Book shifts online) I also would like to do some sewing later. My OH gave me a old shirt that doesn't fit him now more so I am going to make something out of it, because I like that shirt what he use to wear. Reminds me when we first got together. Does that sound sad wanting to make something as a reminder of when we first got together?

Good afternoon all. Had one of my grandkids today and she decided she wanted to see some display in the museum.Got the bus and the tram into town only to find its closed on a Monday.
Got on the tram for home and half way through our journey the driver announced a passanger had taken ill and we all had to wait for the ambulance to arrive, seemingly a man had had a heart attack a nd was lying on the floor.
Got to our bus stop and the traffic was stopped as a young girl had been knocked down and smbulance and fire brigade were attending her and the bus couldnt get through. Got home eventually and said grandkid decided she would like to go to see Finding Dory. Brought her to the cinema as its quite nearby only to discover the movie is not out until Friday.
Went in to Burger King and had a quick bite and are now home having given up on the day.
