Mornin n'all n'all!
Just been listening to the bells
Strange, but although we have clear skies this morning, it's not actually all that bright....clearly dawn is getting later.
Tis the first time I've really noticed it creeping in.
What's everyone up to today?
Domestics and a bit of craft work for me...
Kettle's on...."Nicos, Queen of Gooooogle" and... GYO's own Miss Marple
Location....Normandy France

Up early lovely and bright out
Saw a few more shooting stars last night - addictive I think
We went to our daughters and saw the GG back from holidays. All well. Nanny's carrier bag of goodies was rather large after 10 days.
Yesterday I made not only a toffee cake but a lovely wholemeal loaf, then went to Asda to get 2 packets of Caramac buttons.
None of this for me, my lovely friends at work will love their Monday treats
Have a great day everyoneNannys make memories

Morning
Is there any coffee?
It's fresh out , bit of a nip but sunnyish.
Off with dog shortly, brekky then out to mums to do more painting before hospital visit. They've taken dad off some of his meds to see if counteracting each other, so maybe find someone to speak to today.
Garden is being neglected but there you go.
Have a good day.Northern England.

Congratulations, Sheneval.
Possible congratulations, Janie?!
Distinctly chilly start to the day here. Am off to water, whack a few weeds about to teach them a lesson and then I'm going to pretend to work. It's a public holiday here today so I don't particularly feel like working when no-one else is. But there's a deadline to hit tomorrow, so needs must.
Hope you all have a jolly and productive day.

A marvellous Monday morning to all..!
What a super start to this week ~ early sun and blue, blue sky..! And I've just filled Daisy right up to her rafters (again..!!) with even more garden rubbish...!!
A quick drop off at the 'tip' (oh the simple pleasures in life!) ~ scuttle around Aldi, a few chores then off to work .... ( I'm not going to let that spoil my day...! )
Congrats to you JanieB ...
And to Team GB - you're all awesome..!! Makes ya proud!!~~~ Gardening is medicine that does not need
a prescription ... And with no limit on dosage.

Good morning, as Jay had said the sun is shining today, just back in from hanging out the washing, no wonder you women love doing that, the scent from my lillies was great and than stood watching a wren dodging about the back hedge, I love watching the wrens, yesterday we went to a GC. where I picked up some plants £40.0 worth for a fiver, not in VCs league but I am happy with it, when I brought them home I empted the car and put them in the porch where some compost fell out them, so I finished up with a caution for that olympic sport (which I thought was a winter one) skating on thin ice. I did earn brownie points later as I made the tea with potatoes, carrot, beetroot and peas out of the garden, so she was quite happy with that. Now I am off to enjoy the sun, and to see what I can do with the grandsons.Last edited by rary; 15-08-2016, 10:17 AM.it may be a struggle to reach the top, but once your over the hill your problems start.

Afternoon all.....I'm back........did you miss me?
Sunny and warm here but unfortunately not much activity in the garden over the last few weeks.
The Basset hound has taken to piddling up my one and only butterbush and it looks like it is not enjoying the love.........mind you I don't have any fruit on it so piddle away little shorty!I have not failed. I've just found 10,000 ways that won't work. Thomas A. Edison
