Good morning Folks its warm but damp here, or should that be damp warm here At my sons waiting for someone to come and do a repair, time between nine and one, so looks like I am not going to be able to take my wife anywhere to let her spend money on me if this workman comes early enough I hope to do some work in the garden, as I have a couple of Rowan trees to take away as OH doesn't like them, (I think I read some where that witches either don't like or can't walk past Rowan trees and those two are in the entrance to the back grass area where I put up a washing line which is rarely used as her feet get wet with the grass) I think I will monitor this, for she definitely bewitched me. Well have a good day whatever you are doing and enjoy the weather what ever you get, remember there's many a body would be grateful to get out whatever the weather.it may be a struggle to reach the top, but once your over the hill your problems start.

Rary, I've made coffee if that'll do you ~ and just nibbling (well, scoffing really!!) a fig roll biscuit .......trouble is, I can't just eat one ~ I have to ration them out !!! So you're welcome to some, so I don't snaffle them all .....!!!!!
Plenty of housework going begging here too if you're at a loose end.....!!!!!!!!
I've got my corms planted out..!!!~~~ Gardening is medicine that does not need

Thanks Susie, a wee cuppa would go down fine I know what you mean about the fig rolls, I am the same with jaffa cakes but be ing strong willed I can limit myself to one a day, when I am tempted to go and open an other packet I just repeat to myself, one packet a day should be enough. But I must tell you I can't do housework I think I am allergic to it, as I break out in a cold sweat when ever my wife brings the subject up, so thanks but the ends aren't that looseit may be a struggle to reach the top, but once your over the hill your problems start.

Afternoon all, what a hot day,DR says it IS just a virus, and it should play itself out by 2 or 3 weeks ,if not go back, had a session in the hospital this morning at MR appointment, even she thought i had a chest infection, never mind,my clock is still ticking, like the sound of that sieve gagget for the mixer,i shall have to look into that one,the last 2 lots have been forced through the little fine sieve with a wooden spoon, hard work on the arms, but very nice jam, sigpicAnother nutter ,wife, mother, nan and nanan, love my growing places, seed collection and sharing, also one of these

Stage 2 of the pipe trench only took an hour or so as a better method of working was discovered and we had an extra body - note him wiping the sweat away and 2 of the group laughing whilst they watched him at work.Endeavour to have lived, so that when you die, even the undertaker will be sorry - Puddinghead Wilson's Diary
