Hi Everyone!

Not been able to "Play Out" for a bit! Work unfortunately getting in the way, now in holiday season, having to cover other people's responsibilities!

I see Vix got awarded "Momship" Good on you girl!

Trip venturing into the "Blogging Spot" Good read by the way, n himself n Scarlet having bumper crop's chilli wise, Oh n Snadge venturing on getting involved too!

Me! Well having a restful like afternoon now all chores completed, as my back is playing up, but plot bound in the morning, as it is now time to start clearing, tidying and putting the place to bed for winter!

May even sit n listen to our local football team on the radio, whilst catching up on my gardening mag's! Seem's like a relaxing thing to do!

Yes, I do have fatty liver, will have to give up more than sweet stuff methinks.
The only good thing to come from this, is that I had two humbugs today. First sweets in 6 months, won't need them any more, going back to an apple for low blood sugar, much healthier.
I expect a call from my GP next week .....

Nan! Just for two weeks, a small glass of hot water with the juice of an half Lemon squeezed in, in the morning! Honest! It derives miracles on recuperating the "Liver"

People say ya can feel the benifit within a few day's!

Good evening all. Well, I never did get out for my walk as it rained on and off all day. Did the chauffering thing for my grandaughter and we are now sat down for the evening. We are having a late dinner as she had a late lunch. She has joined the basketbsll team and the musical and drama class and seems to be happy in her new school.
Grandson decided to stay in his own house as he thought the dog might be lonely. Hope you all have a good evening.

Busy day at work followed by a visit to my Mums as it is her birthday.
