Well following the "bolt out of the blue!"
Just thought a little thread as to what will go on is appropriate!
Meeting had, was 22 plot holders in company, I have got a copy of all leaked documentation which I will now begin to scrutinise, no council presence, but a meeting of their proposals as been scheduled at the Town Hall on Wednesday at 6pm, really hoping to get there!
Their initial letter (I dear note post for legal reasons) Initially states four reasons:
1 The site is regually subject to vandalism and break-in's!
Agreed! But ain't all others! You "The Council" sent out letters over five years ago (Copy still in hand) that you were going to put a perimeter paling fence up an never did!
Failing on the "Landlords part"
2 There is an extensive Knotweed infestation which is invasive and despite a 5 year programme to eradicate, the weed continues to grow on 40% of the site with a loss of 17 plots.
Absolute rubbish! there were 7 plots, and looking of late their intensive, and it wasn't! means of getting it under control as worked to a certain extent! now probably down to 3 maybe 4!

3 Fly-tipping regularly takes place at the top end of the site.
Yet again agree! But back to the fencing! If in place wouldn't happen!

4 Local residents with properties overlooking the site have complained it is unsightly and attracts anti-social behaviour.
Again utter rubbish! The only people overlooking are the ones on the main road facing (See my plot photo's) they ain't seeing much

Now all that said, and reading between the lines, (Got a copy of a more detailed report) Which details a lot of other sites across the region, what if's n wherefores, how much money spent where etc
But there is a plan which would suit me down to the ground!
I'll put up a fight with these "Guy's" for now! see what happens!
