I love it Lumpy! (and doesn't that edging round the tyres make a difference?

Speaking of tyres, whats growing in the ones in the second lot of pictures?

I've fenced off a little bit of our back garden...just for me where the dogs can't wee on me strawberries (literally) So thank you for this thread....I will be copying some of your ideas this season!

The stacked tyre have strawbs in them and the 2 odd ones were going to have my bush pumpkins in (Table King) but as we have been allowed to have a bit of garden out the front (30 x 6 ft) they are going to go out there because it gets the sun all day.

So now they have an Elephants Ear in each one so it can make the gravel look prettier.

The red washing up bowls have my garlic in them. It was dug up when we knew that we were moving and shoved into them. They seem to quite like it as I had a quick bulb fertle the other day and they are feeling quite good. We have a bed for them this year after my broad beans (left side of the garden, behind the first 2 black pots)

Looks brill lumpy. I'm still waiting for the tree surgeon and landscaper to turn up to do the heavy work on ours. Normally I would do it myself, but health issues prevent and I can't wait another two years lol.
What do you get if you divide the circumference of a pumpkin by its diameter?
                          Pumpkin pi.

I suppose my OH having bad mental health issues has helped the garden as he becomes fixated and as you can see the results are brilliant.

It also helps when I say to him 'I thought about.................'
