So if you stopped that job would you continue with makeup /style as you are or revert to permanent slobitis

We all have our standards - and mine don't include PJs
We live on a private road, our neighbours hate us!

We had our meeting this week and we got told off for our dressing gowns!

      Ok, not really lol

Recently went up local Co op for breakfast milk and a woman was shopping in PJs and dressing gown Never catch me doing that.

It's bad enough when I realise I've forgotten to change shoes, and gone out in my slippers Good job they ain't the pink fluffy kind, is all I can say

I don't wear any makeup for work. TBH you're lucky if I've not got allotment clothes on and mud on my face.

I think I've had a real spectrum of jobs... Countryside Officer didn't really need slap. Giving presentations to a room full of medical consultants and doing public consultations was a slightly different kettle of fish.

                          ;-)

But these days I would probably not bother for either.

I do brush off my brushes when I go to Romantic Novelists' Association events, though, because it's fun.

Funny thing is that I've never worn lippy- it just doesn't suit me....but when I'm about to put on make up I always say I'm going to slap on a bit of lippy.

I'd never dream of going into work without my bit of 'slap' (touch of foundation cream to cover blotches/rosy cheeks, mascara, pink lippy).
I work with the public and just feel I have standards to keep up re uniform, shoes, hair, make-up etc. Plus it makes me 'feel' more professional - don't get me wrong, I don't wear very much, but it puts me in the 'zone', so to speak!!

Always put the same amount on if going out (not that often!). I do like my lippy!!

Don't bother around the house/garden/doggie walking - no point!!!
