If you work for a utility company you can look a street up and see who pays their bills on time. NO that’s not what I meant

You can look to see how often homes change hands. If it seems to be happening a lot then there may be underlying problems in the area.

Good luck with your search Blossom. When looking at the gardens don't forget to check the aspect. A North facing garden will never get any sun where as South facing will get the sun all day. South and west is perfect as gets sun all day and evening. Makes all the difference.

Ahhh, now see I thought of that with the house we have now. It is south facing, at this time of year it is beautiful. Unfortunetly the HUGE trees block 90% of the direct sun in the summer.

Well it was our first house, we will learn.

I went to look at the dooer upper that looked quite good today but suprise suprise, the sign said sold. Sodding 'your move'. I asked to view 3 last week and 2 of those had been sold already too. Why oh why can't they put it on their web site? I certainly won't be selling with them as this really drives me mad.
