There's one in Cardiff too. Last year I went to L1dl to find the car park full of "cyclists" wearing transparent ponchos over very little.
Quite put me off my shopping
I find these "naked" events a bit difficult to understand. If somebody strips off in public, it would be deemed offensive and they'd feel the arm of the law (?dunno really) but if they strip en masse and ride through city streets that's OK.
I think it's a bit strange too, I hope they wear helmets! That's one thing my boys have learnt - if they don't put a helmet on they aren't going anywhere. OH said he wouldn't go on a bike without his padded shorts
If I were a lot younger and still had my waist-length hair, I just might have done a Lady Godiva sitting side-saddle on a little pony in aid of charity but - alas - those days have gone now. Had to sell my pony!!
I work very hard so please don't expect me to think as well!
There's one in Bristol too - was on the same day as the Get Growing Garden Trail around the city, an EDL march, an anti-fascist march and a 'Leave' speech by Farage.
