Mine is, well as you can see, a speckled wood butterfly sitting on a blackberry, it was a lovely sunny afternoon when me and Mr V went blackberry picking and stopped an ice cream parlour on the way home and had a really scrummy hot fudge sundaeThe best things in life are not things.

Time for a change here though...
I was thinking its rather nice to see a rough approximation of the person in their avatar though, so thought I'd put a picture of 'me' up. I wore that get-up for New Year's Eve - its a bit of a tradition in these parts to wear fancy dress. I'll let you know who I'm lookie-likey at some point further in this thread. Hopefully no one would recognise me as I go about my daily business
Edited to add: really enjoyed reading the T-T Wikipedia page.Last edited by Snoop Puss; 06-07-2016, 10:21 PM.

Mine is the hand pen and ink drawing that I did and was on my Whisky Club eye ball card when illegal CB and side band CB radio was all the rage and my handle was Lancelot. I have always had a thing about King Arthur and the knights of the round table etc.
Cadalot was created for a web site many many years ago when the interweb was hubs and free local calls in the USA and I had a web site helping draughtsmen and graduates with CAD, and selling symbols, components and blocks and writing LISP routines and CAD programs. I funded my 386 computer by writing an AutoCAD emulator for another CAD company.
I was Cadalot because I use to use CAD a lot.
When I was made redundant, I decided to use the name for my company when I set myself up and started working for myself as that way I can work from home and keep an eye on my fair lady, as she is not as well as she once was, and I nearly lost her about the same time I was made redundant.Attached FilesLast edited by Cadalot; 06-07-2016, 10:37 PM.
