  • I really need some officey type help

I went to St@ples today to get some filing storage envelopes that I have bought from there before. I couldn't find them, neither could the assistant I asked.
The shelves were filled with "back to school" stuff. They've only just broken up and I'm pretty sure that the business people who use the place for the rest of the year still need the same things now.

I don't really know what they're called. They are brown paper, a bit bigger than A4, stretch about 3" and are closed at the top with treasury tags.

I have a VAT inspection for a client on Thursday and bringing the paperwork in in plastic carrier bags doesn't look good. Does anyone have any clues as to what they are called?

I think they're just called string & washer envelopes.

OK. Found them. Hazel is right although when I first used them they were called treasury archive bags. Now what chance have I of getting them before Thursday. I think it's going to be the embarrassing carrier bags.
