VC was an inspirational member before she took on the Mod's mantle and if she ever used the pointy stick, it was generally done out of sight. When some other Mod's have departed the scene there has been an almost audible collective sigh of relief but as was the case with BB recently, it's a collective intake of breath. I can't imagine what it's like to need to commit to the time it takes to Mod a site like this but I do know I couldn't commit to it and that VC will be missed now that she has stepped down but I also know that if she sticks around(and I hope she does) she will continue to be an inspiration.

I don't give out compliments often and that should say something to VC (other than mine will be a pint of the black stuff once the GR opens).
