Is anyone else having issues when posting?

I thought it was off yesterday for a bit due to it's revamp,as i could not get the vine up,took a long while to try then gave up,this happents a few times,all ok now.

Sorry to be a pain but are these issues likely to be sorted by the 1st Jan?

Trying to do VSP lists this morning and it is a nightmare. Sometimes (quite frequently actually) it will open a reply/edit screen but not give the actual post/ edit options at the bottom. Then posts with any sizeable amount of text - it doesn't display it or only a small amount of in the window for editing.

I hadn't realised you are having such difficulties NG.
The first big step of the upgrade is happening this week, so it might just be a gremlin affecting you at the moment ....I'll alert Admin again to your probs, but they may be hoping it'll be sorted within the week?

Please keep us updated and we'all pester them for you.
As a guess I think they're hoping to have most issues sorted this side of Xmas.
Are you the only person getting such problems???
If so, we'll do what we can re the lists so you have the VSP list up and running on time

Try copying info into a word program/notes etc on Ipad instead. Then copy the whole message into a new post.

The only problem I've had a couple of times is when I am PM-ing the words all run into each other with no gaps. I solve this by going to preview post where I can write reply normally.

I have done most of it (through perseverance, copious logging out etc. thankfully it is not a constant problem) Just don't want to be bashing my head against a wall every time seeds go with someone's request.

If you're having problems with the long lists - ?Flowers - you could split in to alphabetical groups - say A-E; F-M; N-R; S-Z - or smaller groups?
Editing the really long lists was a bit of a problem as you only see a small "window" of text to edit and have to scroll up and down to find the place - if that makes sense.
Chillies were awful too

but when I go in to edit it only seems to recognise the first few lines and won't let me do anything.

Have you tried typing it up without any formatting, Bold/Center etc? When you're happy with the text, add the formatting afterwards?

It is all cut and paste stuff off word and spread sheet documents - formatting doesn't seem to be the issue. I can't see any consistency to the issue as this has probably been happening a couple of weeks but this morning was the high point it doing what it wanted rather than let me. Refreshing, logging out, re-booting computer

Admin have got back to us.
As expected, they said all should be sorted after the upgrade...hopefully this week.
