This is a liberty bodice SP. However, this looks like one the top of the range supa doopa ones.

Mine were either wool for winter or thick (very thick) cotton for summer. When I was a kid there was NO choice in the matter..........I think mine just prepared me for a straight jacket.

Anyhow back to the Gardeners Rest opening party that GL mentioned.....................any ideas as VC is still a bit undecided about playing Lady Godiva and she deserves far more than a wheelbarrow and dandelions.

                    How about Rapunzel VC?

                    Baldy can provide a wig!

GL what do you mean - opening on the 25th Nov? Isn't that a week early? I need to know to organise the glow in the dark gnomes who will be joining us from Greenland.

I don't need a wig, Lumpy, I've ordered a special GR opening outfit

When you're guest of honour you have to wear something special, suitable for the occasion

It has been decided that the GR will open on 25 which is the last weekend of November and is the traditional opening date.

Cocktails and canapés will be served from 19.00 or 07.00pm if you use forum time. We have a 4 piece band for entertainment on the opening night ..... Snadger and the Inca Men.

See they have shortened their name from 'Incapacitated' they must be relying on rary to buy their beer now :-)

Hold it, I am unavailable on the 25th, but there will be a clean 10gl. container in the left hand corner under the bar so that you can put all the free alcoholic drink in, just put it all in I like cocktails, it will be marked for alcohol only so no water, of any kind, or I will have to take the GR to the trades description.
