    Oh gawd....that's awful.
One of our neighbour's used dog flea drops on her cat last year....she was dead within a few hours having a very painful death spasming.

I wouldn't use an 'over the counter' product, only something vet recommended, but thank you for the detail, Jay.

I see that there are warnings on Am@zon, and the press have picked it up too, so hopefully is should no longer be on sale in the shops, and anyone with the product in the house will see the recall notices.

We used a product given to us by the vet for our dogs Hazel...I'm sure, to this day that it was that which caused wee Alfie's seizures! After investigating I discovered literally hundreds of people all over the world associating the product with their dogs seizures. Needless to say we stopped using it and considering the amount of time we spent in the country neither of the dogs ever picked up any little critters.

OMG! I only use drops for worms or fleas from our vets. If you really care for your pets then the price versus safety shouldn't come into consideration.
I work very hard so please don't expect me to think as well!

... also make sure they don't come into contact with lily pollen or Jeye's Fluid as that is also very toxic to cats.
