Lumpy had made a decision and slowly wrote a note to the regulars that she put behind the super glued penny piece that she had stuck to the door.
She knew that Rary would spot it in an instant and retrieve the note which said................

and then she packed her trunk with the sandwiches that had been stored behind the grandfather clock since Oct, her copy of the feel good book 'Trunks, So What', her signed autograph of Trigger and VC's pointy stick.

She opened the door, turned around and took a long wistful look at the bar, breathed a huge sigh and clomped out into the darkness................
