  • To all who were poorly at Xmas.

I have some dear friends who suddenly came down with a cold or bug and it isn't the best time of year to be poorly, so hope you are beginning to feel better and able to get into the New Year spirit (pun intended)!
I work very hard so please don't expect me to think as well!

We are bug free at the moment so I will send my Get Well Soon to those that are suffering. I am so glad that the viruses can't be spread over the inter webby.

I work outside in the middle of a field by myself. I never get colds or flu as I never meet contagious people!..................until the family get together on Boxing Day.

The inlaws brought all there germs with them and shovelled them onto me!

I liken it to the white settlers in America bringing all there germs to the Indians who had no anti-bodies to fight them off.

I suppose that one cold/flu per year is aceptable to most people, but next Boxing Day I might just be a killjoy and stay at home,...... cough,....... splutter!

Thank you Miss MT We are spending Christas in Spain this year and on Christmas/boxing day half the campsite aren't down with sickness. We thought it might have been the prawn cocktail starter but it turns out to be a bout of Norovirus sweeping the area! At least we had Christmas day
