  • A pile of ironing that suddenly turns into a mountain.

And when your back stops aching,
And your hands begin to harden.
You will find yourself a partner,
In the glory of the garden.

        • Flippin' Microsoft upgrades, windows 10 is not designed with desk top users in mind, funny how everything was working just fine and dandy, I get an update and now the pc needs 2 goes to get on line, even though I know it's on line the computer says no. Now after bragging about using my photoshop for working on my pictures prior to loading and half the photoshops vanished mysteriously, grrrrr

            • I have a lot of holiday vouchers which I don't need. So was trying to pass them on to my son. After about 5 hours of trying through the web I gave up and drove to his house and shoved them through the letterbox. Very early this morning so I didn't ring the bell, just delivered and left. I thought the internet was supposed to save energy. Well it doesn't if it can't deliver a few vouchers.

                        • It's been superb growing weather for the last few days, wet and warm. So along with the rampant growth of my plants I also have rampant growth of weeds. Specifically baby schumachs. The bully of a parent tree was chopped down early this year but its offspring keep popping up all over the garden. They grow grow at an amazing rate and are even worse than the other annoying unwanted plant which I have now nearly eradicated, brambles.
