On the subject of national government institutions - is it not time that 'Her Majesty's' Revenue and Customs starts really cracking down on tax dodgers.

I’m keeping an eye on my youngest granddaughter as her mum is away on business. I heard the boiler fire up at 8.30pm but the radiators are still cold and so am I. I can’t make head nor tail of the controls so I guess me and gd will have to stay cold tonight. According to the weather forecast yesterday it was supposed to be dry and sunny tomorrow morning, I managed to book my daughter to keep an eye on the wife in the morning so I can escape for a few hours and get some allotment therapy in and now the forecast is rain..... Give me strength, I don't believe it !!!Comment
