Morning all, dull as dishwater here, the sun has been stolen and I have called the police. So whoevers got it, needs to own up.
No gardening today, work this afternoon and lamb dinner with our daughter this evening. Yes, we have been granted an audience lol

Morning all, just got back from dropping car off for its MOT, just noticed it's only done 400 miles since its last one so I'll be gutted if it fails.

My excitement of yesterday was a ride in an ambulance (I'm not the patient!)! I had a few crazy conversations with the ambulancemen - like why did they have catflaps fitted into the side of the ambulance. I know the answer now
Also found out I was in junior school with the ambulanceman'brother - its a small world!
Not sure what today has in store - hospital visiting and..............?

Morning Crew, Overcast with a chance of meatballs here today, I have some sowing to try and get on with today in between trips up and down the stairs keeping Mrs C feed and watered, if the weather holds. Good news is that eldest & her partner are coming over in the morning tomorrow to look after Mrs C and cook the Sunday Roast and I will be able to visit my Allotment and get my spuds in the ground.

So looking forward to a little Allotment Therapy, I haven't looked at the weather forecast as I don't want to be disappointed

We did have sun but it's now gone and rain has appeared.
Need a Hoover round , then off to see dad. Planning to pop into bq afterwards as very close by (how handy is that) and then t3sco as forgot some things yesterday, home to walk dog then cook tea. Hoping it's sunny later so I can potter outside rather than get stuck with total carp tv that mil likes to watch.
Repeat of same tomo but is there anywhere open tomo , I know re sq footage rules just wonder if small GC locally would be open to fill some time after seeing dad

Yep..we had drizzle too this morning, but it's stopped now and become more windy...chilly, but the Cherry blossom from both trees is swirling around as it's falling!
It looks soooo pretty!

I think it's dry enough for OH to cut the lawns which will be good to get out of the way before Sun/mon.
...they're both very religious days here and noisy gardening is forbidden!

I need to sort through some of my craft work to donate to a dog rescue event tomorrow . They should raise a bit of cash for them

Hope everyone is managing to get some form of GYO done this weekend?...I've had to start watering flower tubs already!

Afternoon all, just catching up with things here. It was an allotment day for me today, got some more spuds in and had a clear up. I was intending to get some gardening done when I got home but couldn't motivate myself to do it so ended up sorting out some emails that needed attention. It's been a bright day here but the wind has been persistent and really chilly, hopefully get into the garden for a while tomorrow.

Evening all. Been on holiday for a few days then came back Wednesday. Lovely day here but have spent it tidying and cleaning ready for parents visiting

Lots of things sprouting and growing including perennial kale from VC. tomatoes hardening off in gh, always leave it till easter hols as don't have time in the morning when getting children to school!

Haven't had time to catch up on everything - hope everyone who's been having a rough time is OK.

Another nice day here today and got alot done in the garden
Lots of chillies and tomatoes moved to the greenhouses.Gonna leave them there overnight with a fleece covering...

Watching a movie with the kids now and not a glass of red in sight yet... Must be slipping up.. Have to remedy that shortly
