Well, I will be at work then, so shouldn't bother me too much. Some of my flowers can be put undercover for safety, so that's a job for this morning

Evening all, well, no rain here today
A hot and sweaty day at work, but parked up near a fan and reading the vine now , lovely
Salad for tea, again. The most I can manage in this weather, but it always comes with home grown spuds
Some of my bedding plants have gone straggly, so may look for new ones tomorrow

Hot and sticky but still no sign of the rain and lightening the |Met office keep telling is suppose to have happened already and will be going on until 2 in the morning. If we don't get rain tonight I will have no choice but to visit both allotments and give everything a drink.Comment

Good evening Folks,, have been out all day and just back home a short time ago, I see Jay had a good night no doubt due to a clear conscience and of course a cool night, so there are some things we should be thankful for
Now off to watch Hampton court show and see if I can spot sparrow flying about
it may be a struggle to reach the top, but once your over the hill your problems start.

Morning its hot and sunny here as well I've been out to water my containers we did get a few mins of rain yesterday but it dried as soon as it hit the ground.

Morning Crew, hot and sticky night and looks to be a scorcher again today, so once I have had breakfast I will be hitting the plots and watering them both. My eldest daughters partner asked for her hand in marriage before they went on holiday, why only the hand I don't know? They have been living together for a year! Just off to the launderette!...not been in one for about 20 years!
Washing of mattress protectors and duvets all needing 18kg washing machines cos they're bulky .
I used to wash them in my old bath but now I have the new one I don't want to abuse it.
...fingers crossed I get to see the Levi jeans guy ( young man, young man!) there!
....anyone fancy trying to find the advert on YouTube for me?
