Oh, as an afterthought. I forgot to say I scraped the side of the car when I was coming into the driveway this evening.
Didnt tell OH yet.
Not a pretty sight.
And when your back stops aching,
And your hands begin to harden.
You will find yourself a partner,
In the glory of the garden.
Evening all. Had a bad night with Harry dog last evening. Had a few fits, one bad, we thought we had lost him but he slept through the night and got up today looking for something to eat! He's a bit wobbly sometimes but still clinging on by the fingertips! He's like the dur@c3ll rabbit!
Finished off decorating the bedroom today, well OH did, so just to get new carpet and bed and curtains and that will be us sorted for a bit. Amazing how the place looks ok until you empty it and you realise how bad the it actually is...the doors especially. They looked white but they had turned yellow!! It hasn't been that long since they were last done.
Anyhoo, hope you all had a lovely day and will see you tomorrow. Still no sign of rary?
I may just be first up and grab the frock.
Where is everybody.
Having a lay in after a bad nights sleep I expect
Our last trip to Gloucester to see elderly Auntie. She is now near the end and I hate to say goodbye, but I must. Even if she can't hear me
Will chat later
Morning all. Have been up a bit pottering around trying not to wake everyone else up. Just when it seems my chest infection is going it seems to come back worse the following day. Woke up today with a runny nose and sneezing.
Might head to allotment and get my asparagus bed started just depends how I feel.
I hope Harry is feeling better Jay and that you all managed to get some sleep last night.
Kettle is on if anyone wants a cuppa.
Have a good day everyone especially Jay and Harry
Had a totally brill day yesterday. Out shopping (new hosepipe to use with the solar pump), then nap, then watering (with new hosepipe - slow going but altogether better than hauling a watering can up and down) and then an absolutely flavour-packed supper with our first sweetcorn of the year. Scrumptious.
Today is shaping up to be just as good.
Hope everyone has a good day too.
Rary, if you're there, let us know you're OK. Couldn't help but think of you as I shelled out for the hosepipe!
