Good morning all,sunny here for now,get well soon Burnie it's no joke is it,poor Han,lots to learn about going to school,see what today brings here,if weather stays ok we will put a nose down the lottie,lots off weeds to deal with,mainly bind weed,horse tail is going to bed,going to give half of 1 plot up end of the year,just keep the full main plot,and the grass area on the other,good for MR,he can mow it and excersise going up and down at his own pace,got to get him possitive again,is on the cards to sell his old landy and get a scooter,LAUGH

Mrs Mop hat for me today....bit of unpacking and repacking...then if the rain holds off I'll hold and pick some veg to preserve. Cor blimey , the veg are taking over the garden!

Good morning all. Bright and very breezy here. Heavy showers forecast for lzter in the day so the jury is out on whether I will go to pitch and putt or not.
Still have the GG staying but she will be off home tonight.
I will miss her when she goes.

Good afternoon, a nice sunny day here though a bit cool, now up at my sons, to watch the boy's till tomorrow,we thought with the way the weather has been it would be easier to watch them in their own house but with it being nice I could have got some work done in the garden, and the boy's could have played on the back grass, tomorrow when I am free no doubt it will be raining. Enjoy the day no matter what the weather, and pass on a smile

Had a good morning out shopping with Mr Snoop. Took in the nursery and I bought a few (quite a lot) more plug plants. I'm glad they're there - this year would have been a total wash-out without their plants.

Anyway, due to get even colder (maybe 4 ºC tonight), so it'll be interesting to see what happens to all the plants...

Here's wishing everyone a happy weekend, especially Mr LD. Selling a Landy has to hurt.

Good evening, just back from taking the boy's out for a fish supper, decided to sit in for the supper tonight, as we usually get too many chips for us, OH decided to have a single fish, and have some of my chips as the youngest gs doesn't eat chips he wanted macaroni and cheese, so I had a full supper older gs. a pizza and chips and OH and gs got chips as well I hate food being wasted but there was just too much for us, so now sitting here stuffed, earlier this afternoon I decided to to go back home and cut the grass, while there I cut back some bushes and threw everything onto the grass and run the lawnmower over it along with a couple of big cardboard boxes, so hope that's a decent mix for composting, well need to go and see to the boy's, then just sit and enjoy the evening, keep a smile for passing on

Morning all. Looks a little cold and cloudy here. Kettle is on for a cuppa if anyone fancies a brew.
Had a lot of rain yesterday so I think allotment is out but I will fill some more job application forms out instead.

Morning a bit dull here but no rain until this afternoon, so I've been in the garden pulling a few weeds, picking apples and hanging out the washing.

LD, It's autumnal weather here too.
Had to do a bit of shopping this morning and bought some yellow stickered beef mince.
6 individual shepherds pies now in the freezer and chicken cooked ready for curry
Suitcases are out, starting to get ready for holidays

good evening, I see LD and NS are getting autumnal weather now, up here we are getting our summer weather----cold, wet and miserable as usual I had mentioned something about a bag bellying out on another thread then happened to catch my reflection on a glass door, and I thought, not too bad, then OH shut the door I am now thinking I look better with the door partially open I would join NS at her club but the thought of saying I have lost five or six pounds would make me feel all giddy Now off to get ready for bed, as I didnt have a good sleep last night with us watching the boys, they were very good, its just that I never seem to go into a deep sleep when we watch them, in fact about one-o-clock the oldest GS was up so I was out of bed to see what was wrong I had left the stair light on, and was told they are old enough to sleep without a light, how could I tell him I needed it on to see to sleep. Well enjoy the new week, if driving be a courteous driver, remember that doddering old driver/person on the road could be a fellow Grape, pass on a smile Goodnight
