Morning its too cool to be wondering around the garden bare foot and in shorts, I'd best get dressed in something warmer next time I go out.

You were up early, Cadalot. Wish I could manage that. I'd get a lot more done before the sun came out. As it is, I've done all the watering . Bit of paid work for the next hour or so. Then, I'll be back out into the heat for a bit more gardening. And then the day is mine. I'll probably sleep a lot of it away again!

Morning all. I've been up for nearly 3 hours now. I'm having a very busy weekend that started Friday morning when I met a friend for coffee followed by a lecture on the history of our local regiment. Not my cuppa tea but at least I represented our council which is more than the others did apart from our mayor.

Yesterday I took a friend to see their children and today I have to go to 2 parties and a parade, again council related.

I've also landed myself with 3 charity projects....a fairy door, a fairy house and a fairy doll. I've about 3 weeks to do them, fortunately I've already nearly finished the door which I started about a month ago. On top of that I still have to deal with my house and garden.

I'm picking a bowl of strawberries every 2 days, yum. I've picked my first peas and everything else is coming along nicely. I'm waiting until the birds have finished nesting so that I can thin some trees out and put my pt up. Gardening would have been so much easier with it earlier this year.

Mirning everyone. Was missing in action yesterday.
Urgent visit to elderly Aunt who has been really poorly. Had a lovely day with her, but five hours of driving was hard going for my hubby.
Back to the real world today

Moring all. We had a beautiful sunny day yesterday fo our pitch and putt outing.
The weather this morning is a bit of everything really. Bit showery, sunny, windy, and dull. Dont think its made its mind up just yet.
We are doing dog minding for the weekend.this little dog is 14 and has arthritis and is also deaf. We couldnt get him to stay in his bed last night so we were following him around the house with it. He finally decided to sleep at the top of the stairs but when we woke this morning he was asleep by the side of our bed.
Off out to mass now and then and thrn to the hospice to visit my friend who is still there.

Morning, what a blustery day it was yesterday and cold!! Mid summer and it's cold! Today the wind has died down a bit but still breezy and a little chilly, the sun is trying to come out though so who knows! Just been told by OH it's not cold, so it must be me.

The weather here is the same as Jays, when I came home from church I did a washing and it is now out, as I have been assured its a good drying day, and like bramble I have a dog to look after for a fortnight, and not yet house trained, I can hear OH giving her into trouble for wetting the floor,, I think I will keep out the way for a time, for sure as anything it will be my fault anything wrong and its me to blame, I think I will go and inspect the inside of my eye lids for a time, so catch you all later

Morning all, ditto on the weather here.
Washing machine is on for the second time.
Looks like it's set to rain for the rest of the week
Crops are all looking good, although it's the usual runner bean scenario, lots of red flowers dropping off cause the bees are else where
Work this afternoon, so back to normal. Hopefully this week will be not quite as busy as the last one
