For a short while anyway....I dislike the dark mornings more than the dark evenings

And remember here it's darker by an hour in the morning.....that was a big shock during our first winter when we came here!

Not sure what the weather has in store for us but the wind has dropped and everything seems intact. Bit nippy though.

Its still blowy here on the coast - forecast to stay that way till late afternoon so I think I'm gonna wrap up well and head to the plot. Needs a afair bit of tidying / weeding which aren't my favourite jobs.

Good afternoon, it has stayed dry here today, so after church I decided to get out to the garden for a bit I have now got three lot of roots out one lot from a yew tree and a lilac bush along with a flowering current, I have two brown bins filled but think I would be better use an other as they are a bit heavy and if the bin man doesn't refuse to move them they could break as they are being lifted up to be emptied. Stopped now as we are going to our daughter's for our tea, and I can feel my back getting a bit stiff, no matter my OH will give my back a massage tonight, right need to go and see a flight of pigs flying past
