    Ordered 5lts of Hydraulic Oil yesterday and it's just been delivered..............20lts.............now ya canny beat that like, as Snadge would say.

      I went to the GC to pick up some books and came away with 40 packs of bulbs, onions and garlic reduced to 10p each

      ..........and 13 packets of seed @10p

      ..........and 4 Poinsettias @ 10p

      Last of the big spenders, me!

      Need some fine weather to plant all these bulbs!

          With these high winds.................I'm really happy that I haven't put the polytunnel up or added the glass to the greenhouse.

                    Saw i think VC mention a Goldcrest the other day, anyway.........
                    Just walked my grandson down to his school and on the way back stopped to stretch my back over the bridge across the little stream and there was a Goldcrest in the budleiah bush, got withing about 3 feet of my face.
                    Must remember to put my fone in my pocket evrytime i go out .

                    ( wow, was that a tad long ? )

                      sorry for two in one day but............................

                      Receiving a fone call confirming that i have a new plot and that i just have to wait for the present owner to go and get his tools, which implies i (hope ) that i may also have a shed
