      • That LD is happy and proud.
        That Mr LD is pottering.
The weather is glorios and the back door is open.
        The mossies are biting.
        The bees are buzzing.
And.........the 4th of my elephant garlic has crowned the surface of the soil after being transplanted.

        • You've got to love the British weather.

12 noon out on the back planting spuds, woolly hat, sweat shirt, body warmer, spotting with rain.

1-30pm out on the back, sat in the warm sun, shirt sleeve order.

Rampaging rhubarb, stunning elephants ears and 2 pots of bluebells for £1.

                              • Getting on the plot half an hour before dawn and showing the couch grass, horsetail, creeping buttercup and docks on the new patch who's boss... Then stopping at a petrol station to do a superman change into office wear for the working day.

                                (That sounds fab Lottie!)
