Actually, I am also happy that after planting out the courgettes at the Hill last night and having no slug pellets with me to protect their tender little hides, that when I went back to rectify situation this evening, I did still have courgette plants!Comment

Parts of my garden are actually starting to look like a proper grown up garden i.e a mix of plants and flowers not just a few odd token things that and the fact the patio area is tidy (although not washed and scrubbed - worry about that Oct. time)

This afternoon's haul of yellow stickers
My total shop cost £17.64 for 54 items! 11 were full price and cost £10 so 44 things for £7.64 - including 2 half Edam cheeses for 9p each
There were rather a lot of cream cakes and fruit tarts too
Family sized veggie pizza for tea (69p) - anyone like a slice - its massive
